I was part of and facilitating a designsprint with a customer, FactLab. We introduced the challenge, the team with designated roles such as the decider, gathered insights, generated ideas, built prototypes, conducted user interviews as well as user tests, and finally concluded with recommendations for further continuation of the project.

I have during this assignment prototyped and usertested improvements to the Skånetrafiken app when the pandemic hit and peoples traveling behavior changed. I have also coached and educated in Service Design, helping teams keep a customer-centric focus during design and development at Skånetrafiken. I have gathered and structured qualitative and quantitative customer insights and data, led prototyping and usability tests.
